Get Help While You Are at the Table

Run into a disconnection mid-hand or have a question about how a side bet pays? Our support team handles live poker queries through three channels — reach us whichever way is fastest for you.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget from any live poker table page. Our agents can check your hand history, confirm bet settlements, and escalate unresolved table disputes without you leaving the session.

Account Help Centre

For wallet top-up questions before you sit down — whether your Touch 'n Go eWallet credit has posted or a Boost transfer needs confirming — the Help Centre walks you through each step.

Email Support

Submit a detailed dispute or screenshot of a table issue by email. Useful when a hand result looks incorrect or a GrabPay deposit did not reflect on your chip balance in time.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Live Poker Fair and Consistent

Every live poker title on ipayung comes from studios that publish their own game integrity documentation. We do not host unverified streams or unlicensed tables. Here is what that means in practice for your account.

Certified Studio Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play both operate from regulated studio environments. Their card-handling procedures are audited independently, and we only carry their certified table variants — no grey-market streams.

Transparent RTP Display

Where Evolution or Pragmatic Play publishes RTP data for a specific poker variant, we surface that figure on the table info panel. We do not invent percentages for titles where the provider has not disclosed one.

Hand History Access

Every hand you play is logged to your account. You can review bet amounts, dealer outcomes, and side-bet results from the session history tab — useful if you ever need to cross-check a result.

Secure Account Wallet

Chips loaded from Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay sit in your account wallet and are only committed to the table when you place a bet. No funds are deducted between sessions without your action.

Our live poker lobby carries Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em — all streamed in HD from professional studio floors by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Each table runs with a certified live dealer who manages the shoe in real time. Bet sizes span a wide range so whether you are testing the waters or playing with intent, there is

a seat that fits. Players in George Town and across Malaysia can access every table on mobile without installing an app — just open your account, load funds, and the lobby is right there. RTP figures are displayed at each table where the provider makes them available.

Live Poker Terms You Should Know

New to live poker or just want a quick refresh? These are the terms that come up most at the table — plain definitions, no jargon.

What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. Both sides receive two hole cards and share five community cards to build the strongest five-card hand.

What does 'Ante bet' mean in live poker?

The Ante is your mandatory opening bet placed before any cards are dealt. It confirms you are in the hand. In Casino Hold'em, your Ante is doubled if you win against the dealer's hand.

What is a 'Call' in live dealer poker?

After seeing your hole cards and the first three community cards, you choose to Call by placing an additional bet — usually twice the Ante — to stay in the hand and see the result against the dealer.

What is a side bet in live poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed before the main hand begins. In Casino Hold'em, the AA side bet pays out if your five-card hand contains a pair of Aces or better, independent of the main result.

What does 'dealer qualifying hand' mean?

In most live poker variants, the dealer must hold a minimum hand — typically a pair of fours or higher — to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify, your Ante pays out even if the dealer's overall cards are weaker.

What is Three Card Poker?

Three Card Poker is a fast live table game where both you and the dealer receive exactly three cards. You win by holding a higher-ranked three-card hand; a straight flush is the highest possible result.

Common Questions About Live Poker at ipayung

These are the questions we hear most from players who are either new to our live poker lobby or switching from a competing platform. Straightforward answers, nothing padded.

We stream Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em from Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Table availability may vary by time of day based on studio scheduling from those providers.

Yes. Every live poker table on ipayung runs in your mobile browser without a download. The dealer feed, chip tray, and betting controls resize automatically for smaller screens — no app installation required.

Open your account wallet, choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay, enter the amount, and confirm with your wallet PIN. Funds usually post to your account balance promptly so you can join the next hand.

If your connection drops while a hand is in progress, the system logs the state of your bet. Reconnect quickly and the table will show your last recorded action. Contact live chat with your session time if any discrepancy shows.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We do not restrict by city — players in George Town and elsewhere in Malaysia reach the same live poker lobby through the same account login.

RTP figures appear in the table info panel only where Evolution or Pragmatic Play has published them for that specific variant. We do not display estimated or approximate figures for tables where the provider has not disclosed one.
